Code of Conduct - our promise to you - to ensure we are aware of our duty of care when dealing with people who want to sell their homes quickly for any reason.

We will return any enquiry be it telephone, email or text message within 24 hours of your initial enquiry. We promise that you will always speak directly with a friendly advisor and never a generic call centre.
FEES
We promise never to charge you a fee when you sell your house to us – there will be no hidden costs – We will cover your legal fees up to £500 + VAT and any valuation costs.
OFFERS
All offers will be provided in writing and we promise to keep your best interests at heart and ensure that you are kept informed of the progress. We will be honest and straight-forward with you when discussing the value of your property.

PROPERTY VALUES
We buy anywhere up to 25% below the value of your property. Buying at this percentage means that we are able to not only cover our costs but also yours. Due to the fact that we can buy your house quickly there are no fees at all and the whole process can be completed within 3 weeks.
A valuation will be carried out by a well known and reputable RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Surveyor.
We will not waste your time and will always ensure that we do the best we can for you. All we ask is that you are committed to selling your property to us before we arrange for a valuation to be carried out.
